Moreover, the support, the fixing plate and the cover plate are made from an impermeable, hydrophobic material, and their thickness and also the thickness of each of the layers of the reactive element are each between 50 and 300 micrometres. The invention reduces the time for determining the activity of enzymatic reactions, and expands the samples that can be investigated.
