A mandibular resection is carried out with the disarticulation of the temporomandibular joint. Next, an incision is made in the projection of the pectoralis major, the soft tissue flap of which is separated and drawn aside. In the muscle flap, transverse to the path of the fibres thereof, a surgical pocket is created, into which the endoprosthesis is placed. After movement within the muscle flap and rotation, the endoprosthesis is positioned with one end in the region of the articular surface of the temporomandibular joint and the other end lying along the line of the osteotomy in alignment with the remaining fragment of the lower jaw, and fixation is provided by means of bone suturing. The method allows: single-stage restoration of anatomical and aesthetic balance to the facial contours; reconstruction in the case of insufficient soft tissues to cover the endoprosthesis; complete preservation of the masticatory function of the mandible; a reduction in treatment duration and post-operative recovery time.

A degree of irregularity of the internal organ is discerned by measuring a quantitative temperature at the nexus. A solid water particle is applied through a delivery means, such as oral, topical, vapor, and intravenous administration for treatment of the neurological developmental disorder.
