The present invention relates to a biomarker for diagnosing pancreatic cancer and use thereof. The marker according to the present application can significantly predict or determine, through a 14-multimarker panel, the onset likelihood, early diagnosis, and severity of pancreatic cancer or precancerous lesions of pancreatic cancer, and can be used in research on the tumorigenesis of pancreatic cancer.

La présente invention concerne un biomarqueur pour le diagnostic du cancer du pancréas et l'utilisation de celui-ci. Le marqueur selon la présente invention peut prédire ou déterminer de manière significative, par l'intermédiaire d'un panel de 14 multimarqueurs, la probabilité d'apparition, le diagnostic précoce et la gravité du cancer du pancréas ou des lésions précancéreuses du cancer du pancréas, et peut être utilisé dans la recherche sur la tumorigenèse du cancer du pancréas.

본 발명은 췌장암 진단용 바이오마커 및 그 용도와 관련된 것이다. 본원에 따른 마커는 14종의 다중 마커 패널을 통해 췌장암 또는 췌장암의 전구 병변의 발병 가능성, 조기 진단 및 질병 정도를 유의적으로 예측 또는 파악할 수 있으며, 췌장암의 종양형성 연구에 활용될 수 있다.
