This indwelling type medical image guidance marker is characterized in that: the image guidance marker has a coil shape and comprises an alloy which has a magnetic susceptibility in a range of -13 to -5 ppm; and the coil is formed of wires having a wire diameter in the range of 0.15 to 0.45 mm and has a coil diameter in the range of 0.55 to 1.20 mm and a coil pitch in the range of 0.3 to 1.5 mm and in the range of 1.8 to 4 times the wire diameter.
