A method and apparatus is provided in a wireless communication system supporting a shared spectrum channel access. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method performed by a base station comprising receiving, from a user equipment (UE), physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission and in case that the BS shares the channel occupancy with the UE, transmitting, a downlink transmission after a gap from the PUSCH transmission, wherein the channel occupancy is initiated at the UE.

La présente invention porte sur un procédé et sur un appareil dans un système de communication sans fil prenant en charge un accès à un canal de spectre partagé. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, le procédé réalisé par une station de base consiste à recevoir, d'un équipement utilisateur (UE), une transmission de canal partagé de liaison montante physique (PUSCH) et, dans le cas où la station de base partage l'occupation de canal avec l'UE, à transmettre une transmission de liaison descendante après un intervalle à partir de la transmission de PUSCH, l'occupation de canal étant initiée au niveau de l'UE.
