An OLED display panel comprises a substrate, a plurality of inorganic layers, a plurality of organic layers, a light emitting layer, an encapsulation layer, and a via hole. The via hole runs through the plurality of inorganic layers and the plurality of organic layers, and the via hole is located in a retaining wall area; at least one groove is formed in the side wall of the via hole, and the light emitting layer is discontinuous at the groove. A deep via hole is formed between a though hole and a display area, and the groove is formed in the side wall of the via hole, so that the continuity of the organic light emitting layer at the through hole is blocked, and the display area is protected from erosion of water and oxygen.

L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage à OLED comprenant un substrat, une pluralité de couches inorganiques, une pluralité de couches organiques, une couche électroluminescente, une couche d'encapsulation et un trou d'interconnexion. Le trou d'interconnexion s'étend à travers la pluralité de couches inorganiques et la pluralité de couches organiques, et le trou d'interconnexion est situé dans une zone de paroi de retenue ; au moins une rainure est formée dans la paroi latérale du trou d'interconnexion, et la couche électroluminescente est discontinue au niveau de la rainure.
