A wind power generation device, comprising a substrate (1), a sleeve (2) disposed on the substrate (1) and a rotating shaft (3) movably penetrating through the sleeve (2). One end of the rotating shaft (3) is connected with a blade wheel, and the other end of the rotating shaft (3) is connected with a power transmission unit. The power transmission unit is connected with a power generator (4). A wide-mouth wind-gathering ring (5) is provided at the peripheral of the blade wheel. The wind power generation assembly is horizontally arranged and occupies small area. The wide-mouth wind-gathering ring (5) may gather wind to the blade wheel, the tailored blade (8) is distributed in a cone shape such that the contact area between wind and the blade (8) can be maximized. The power transmission unit may increase the rotational speed of the rotating shaft (3) and the input rotational speed of the power generator (4), thereby enabling a maximum convention of wind energy to electric energy.

Dispositif de production d'énergie éolienne, comprenant un substrat (1), un manchon (2) disposé sur le substrat (1) et un arbre rotatif (3) pénétrant de façon mobile dans ledit manchon (2). Une extrémité de l'arbre rotatif (3) est reliée à une roue à pales, et l'autre extrémité de l'arbre rotatif (3) est reliée à une unité de transmission de puissance. L'unité de transmission de puissance est reliée à un générateur électrique (4). Un anneau de collecte de vent à large ouverture (5) est disposé à la périphérie de la roue à pales. L'ensemble de production d'énergie éolienne est disposé horizontalement et est peu encombrant. L'anneau de collecte de vent à large ouverture (5) peut rassembler le vent sur la roue à pales, une pale sur mesure (8) est répartie de façon conique de telle sorte que la zone de contact entre le vent et la pale (8) peut être maximisée. L'unité de transmission de puissance peut augmenter la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre rotatif (3) et la vitesse de rotation d'entrée du générateur électrique (4), ce qui permet d'obtenir une conversion maximale d'énergie éolienne en énergie électrique.
