Disclosed are a learning method for generating a multiphase collateral image, which can be used in the diagnosis and prognosis determination of various cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke, and a multiphase collateral image generating method using machine learning. The disclosed learning method for generating a multiphase collateral image comprises the steps of: receiving inputs of an MRI image of a head part and a multiphase collateral image generated on the basis of the MRI image; generating a brain mask by using the MRI image; generating an MRI image and a multiphase collateral image which are masked by the brain mask; and learning the masked multiphase collateral image for the masked MRI image by using a learning network.

Un procédé d'apprentissage pour générer une image collatérale multiphase, qui peut être utilisé dans la détermination de diagnostic et de pronostic de diverses maladies cérébrovasculaires telles que l' accident vasculaire cérébral, et un procédé de génération d'image collatérale multiphase utilisant un apprentissage automatique, sont divulgués. Le procédé d'apprentissage pour générer une image collatérale multiphase divulgué comprend les étapes consistant à : recevoir des entrées d'une image d'IRM d'une partie de tête et d'une image collatérale multiphase générée sur la base de l'image d'IRM ; générer un masque cérébral au moyen de l'image d'IRM ; générer une image d'IRM et une image collatérale multiphase qui sont masquées par le masque cérébral ; et apprendre l'image collatérale multiphase masquée pour l'image d'IRM masquée au moyen d'un réseau d'apprentissage.

뇌졸중 등 다양한 뇌혈관 질환의 진단 및 예후 판단에 이용될 수 있는 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 생성하기 위한 학습 방법과, 기계 학습을 이용하여 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 생성하는 방법이 개시된다. 개시된 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 생성하기 위한 학습 방법은 두부에 대한 MRI 영상 및 상기 MRI 영상에 기반하여 생성된 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 입력받는 단계; 상기 MRI 영상을 이용하여, 브레인 마스크를 생성하는 단계; 상기 브레인 마스크에 의해 마스킹된 MRI 영상 및 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 생성하는 단계; 및 학습 네트워크를 이용하여, 상기 마스킹된 MRI 영상에 대한 상기 마스킹된 다중시기 측부혈류 영상을 학습하는 단계를 포함한다.
