The present disclosure is directed to methods of treating subjects colonized with S aureus with an anti-alpha toxin antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof. The methods can decrease the incidence of infection attendant to the presence of S. aureus in the subject.

La présente invention concerne des méthodes de traitement de sujets colonisés par S aureus avec un anticorps anti-toxine alpha ou un fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci. Les méthodes peuvent réduire l'incidence d'une infection associée à la présence de S. aureus chez le sujet.
