A moringa oleifera leaf extract having uric acid lowering activity, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. An extraction method for the extract comprises: after performing microwave drying on fresh moringa oleifera leaves, crushing and sieving; performing reflux extraction by adopting water-ethanol; after centrifuging, performing pressure-reduction concentration on a supernatant to obtain an ethanol extract; after drying residuals, performing heat treatment by using an alkali-method, proteinase enzymolysis, high-speed centrifuging and residual removal, supernatant ultrafiltration and impurity removal, secondary proteinase enzymolysis, high-speed centrifuging, supernatant pressure-reduction concentration, ethanol precipitation and impurity removal, and secondary pressure-reduction concentration to obtain polypeptide substances; adding the ethanol extract and spraying and drying to obtain the moringa oleifera leaf extract.

L’invention concerne un extrait de feuilles de Moringa oleifera à activité d'abaissement de l'acide urique, son procédé de préparation et son application. Un procédé d'extraction de l'extrait comprend les étapes suivantes : après avoir effectué un séchage par micro-ondes des feuilles fraîches de Moringa oleifera, les broyer et les tamiser ; effectuer une extraction à reflux en utilisant un mélange eau-éthanol ; après centrifugation, effectuer une concentration sous pression réduite du surnageant afin d'obtenir un extrait éthanolique ; après séchage des résidus, effectuer un traitement thermique à l'aide d'un procédé alcalin, une enzymolyse par protéinases, une ultracentrifugation et une élimination des résidus, une ultrafiltration du surnageant et une élimination des impuretés, une deuxième enzymolyse par protéinases, une ultracentrifugation, une concentration sous pression réduite du surnageant, une précipitation à l'éthanol et une élimination des impuretés, et une deuxième concentration sous pression réduite pour obtenir des substances polypeptidiques ; ajouter l'extrait éthanolique, puis pulvériser et sécher pour obtenir l'extrait de feuilles de Moringa oleifera.

一种具有降尿酸活性的辣木叶提取物及其制备方法与应用。该提取物的提取方法为:将新鲜辣木叶微波干燥后粉碎过筛,采用水-乙醇回流提取,离心后,上清液减压浓缩得醇提取物;剩余残渣烘干后,使用碱法热处理、蛋白酶酶解、高速离心去渣、上清液超滤去杂、二次蛋白酶酶解、高速离心、上清液减压浓缩、醇沉去杂、二次减压浓缩,获得多肽类物质;加入上述醇提取物,喷雾干燥即得。
