Abstract

A stent (1) is to be placed within a biological lumen (HP) and is provided with: stent parts (20A, 20B) that have a tubular shape and can expand and shrink in a radial direction that is approximately perpendicular to the axial direction; and transformation means (30A, 30B) that can transform the stent parts from a reduced diameter state to an expanded diameter state. The transformation means have: first linear members (31A, 31B) wound around the outer circumferential surfaces of the stent parts; and holding members (32A, 32B) for holding the first linear members non-detachably from the stent parts. The first linear members are engaged with the holding members to maintain the stent parts in the reduced diameter state, and the engagement is released to transform the stent parts from the reduced diameter state to the expanded diameter state.

La présente invention concerne une endoprothèse (1) qui est à placer à l’intérieur d’une lumière biologique (HP) et qui est pourvue : de parties d’endoprothèse (20A, 20B) qui ont une forme tubulaire et qui peuvent se déployer et se rétracter dans un sens radial qui est approximativement perpendiculaire au sens axial ; un moyen de transformation (30A, 30B) qui peut transformer les parties d’endoprothèse depuis un état de diamètre réduit vers un état de diamètre expansé. Le moyen de transformation présente : de premiers éléments linéaires (31A, 31B) enroulés autour des surfaces circonférentielles externes des parties d’endoprothèse ; et des éléments de retenue (32A, 32B) pour retenir les premiers éléments linéaires de manière non détachable des parties d’endoprothèse. Les premiers éléments linéaires sont engagés avec les éléments de retenue pour maintenir les parties d’endoprothèse dans l’état de diamètre réduit, et l’engagement est libéré pour transformer l’état de diamètre réduit des parties d’endoprothèse en un état de diamètre dilaté.

ステント(1)は、生体管腔(HP)内に留置されるステントであって、筒形状を有し、軸方向に略直交する径方向に拡縮可能なステント部(20A、20B)と、ステント部を縮径状態から拡径状態に変換可能な変換手段(30A、30B)と、を備える。変換手段は、ステント部の外周面に巻回される第1の線状部材(31A、31B)と、第1の線状部材をステント部から脱落不能に保持する保持部材(32A、32B)と、を有し、第1の線状部材と保持部材が係合されることでステント部の縮径状態を保持するとともに、係合が解除されることで縮径状態から拡径状態に変換する。
