Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Öl-in-Wasser Emulsionen, die (i) 100 Gew. -Teile von bei 20 °C flüssigen Aminoalkylgruppen aufweisendem Polyorganosiloxan (P) wie beschrieben in Anspruch 1, (ii) Protonierungsmittel, (iii) 1 bis 80 Gew. -Teile von Silicatverbindung wie beschrieben in Anspruch 1, (iv) Wasser, (v) höchstens 5 Gew. -Teile Emulgator sowie (vi) mindestens 5 Gew. -Teile eines organischen Lösemittels, ausgewählt aus Monoalkoholen der allgemeinen Formel IX R11-OH (IX), und Dialkoholmonoethern der allgemeinen Formel X R12O-R13-OR14 (X), wobei R11, R12, R13 und R14 die in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen aufweisen, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Emulsion höchstens 10 Gew. -Teile eines Di-, Tri- oder Oligogycolethers wie beschrieben in Anspruch 1 enthält, aufweist, sowie ein Verfahren zur Behandlung von Substraten mit den Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen.

The invention relates to oil-in-water emulsions that contain (i) 100 parts by weight of polyorganosiloxane (P) containing aminoalkyl groups that are liquid at 20°C, as described in claim 1, (ii) protonation agents, (iii) 1 to 80 parts by weight of a silicate compound as described in claim 1, (iv) water, (v) not more than 5 parts by weight of an emulsifier and (vi) at least 5 parts by weight of an organic solvent, selected from monoalcohols of the general formula IX R11-OH (IX), and dialcohol monoethers of the general formula X R12O-R13-OR14 (X), wherein R11, R12, R13 and R14 are defined as in claim 1, with the proviso that the emulsion contains not more than 10 parts by weight of a di-, tri- or oligoglycolether as described in claim 1. The invention also relates to a method for treating substrates using said oil-in-water emulsions.

L’objet de l’invention consiste en des émulsions d’huile-dans-l’eau, qui présentent (i) 100 parties en poids de polyorganosiloxane (P) liquide à 20 °C présentant des groupes aminoalkyle comme décrit dans la revendication 1, (ii) un agent de protonation, (iii) 1 à 80 parties en poids de composé de silicate comme décrit dans la revendication 1, (iv) de l’eau, (v) au moins 5 parties en poids d'émulsifiant ainsi que (vi) au moins 5 parties en poids d’un solvant organique, choisi parmi des monoalcools de formule générale IX R11-OH (IX), et des monoéthers de dialcool de formule générale X R12O-R13-OR14 (X), R11, R12, R13 et R14 présentant les significations indiquées dans la revendication 1, à condition que l'émulsion contienne au maximum 10 parties en poids d’un di-, tri- ou oligogycoléther comme décrit dans la revendication 1, ainsi qu’un procédé pour le traitement de substrats avec les émulsions d’huile-dans-l’eau.
