Abstract

The invention discloses a fuel composition based on a diesel fraction, having a sulphur content of less than 10 mg/kg and boiling in the range of 180-360°С, characterised in that said fuel composition contains organic peroxides as ignition promoters, which are selected from the group: di-tert-butyl peroxide, 1,1-di-(tert-butylperoxy)cyclohexane, dicumyl peroxide, tert-butyl cumyl peroxide, isobutyl cumyl peroxide, N-butyl cumyl peroxide, isopropyl cumyl peroxide, ethyl cumyl peroxide and methyl cumyl peroxide, and contains an anti-wear additive based on carboxylic acids having the following ratio of components in wt%: 0.01-0.5 organic peroxide, 0.005-0.1 anti-wear additive, and up to 100 being the diesel fraction. The proposed diesel fuel composition allows the production of a diesel fuel which meets quality performance requirements.

L'invention concerne une composition de carburant sur la base d'une fraction diesel avec une teneur en soufre inférieure à 10 mg/kg dont le point d'ébullition est compris entre 180 et 360° C, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient des peroxydes organiques choisis dans le groupe comme promoteurs d'allumage : di-tret-butylperoxyde, 1,1-di(tretbutylperoxy)cyclohéxane, dicumylperoxyde, tret-butylcumylperoxyde, isobutylcumylperoxyde, n-butylcumylperoxyde, isopropylcumylperoxyde, éthylcumylperoxyde, méthylcumylperoxyde et un additif anti-usure à base d'acides carboniques, avec le rapport suivant, en % en masse : peroxyde organique de 0,01 jusqu'à 0,5, additif anti-usure de 0,005 à 0,1 et fraction diesel jusqu'à 100. La composition proposée de carburant diesel permet d'obtenir un carburant diesel qui, en termes d'indicateurs de qualité, répond aux exigences.

Изобретение раскрывает топливную композицию на основе дизельной фракции, с содержанием серы менее 10 мг/кг, выкипающей в пределах 180-360°С, характеризующуюся тем, что содержит в качестве промоторов воспламенения органические перекиси, выбранные из группы: ди-трет-бутилпероксид, 1,1-ди(третбутилперокси)циклогексан, дикумилпероксид, трет-бутилкумилпероксид, изобутилкумилпероксид, н-бутилкумилпероксид, изопропилкумилпероксид, этилкумилперокид, метилкумилпероксид и противоизносную присадку на основе карбоновых кислот при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас. %: органическая перекись от 0,01 до 0,5, противоизносная присадка от 0,005 до 0,1, дизельная фракция - до 100. Предлагаемая композиция дизельного топлива позволяет получать дизельное топливо, которое по показателям качества отвечает требованиям.
