Disclosed a method for predicting the responsiveness of a patient to the treatment of an immune checkpoint inhibitor, such as a PD-1 signal pathway inhibitor, by using intestinal microorganism information. Also disclosed are a sequence and a composition for detecting an intestinal microorganism, and related use thereof.

L'invention concerne un procédé de prédiction de la réactivité d'un patient au traitement d'un inhibiteur de point de contrôle immunitaire, tel qu'un inhibiteur de la voie du signal PD-1, à l'aide d'informations de micro-organisme intestinal.
