The present invention addresses the problem of accurately diagnosing degradation in the capacity of a cell while ensuring back-up electrical power. As a solution to the problem, the present invention provides a power supply system comprising an uninterruptible power supply device (102) having a secondary cell (204), and a diagnosis device (104) for diagnosing degradation in the capacity of the secondary cell in the uninterruptible power supply device, the power supply system being configured so that: the uninterruptible power supply device operates in a normal mode in which the secondary cell can be charged to a first state of charge, or a diagnostic mode in which the secondary cell can be charged to a second state of charge that is higher than the first state of charge; and the diagnosis device switches the uninterruptible power supply device from the normal mode to the diagnostic mode to diagnose degradation in the capacity of the secondary cell in the uninterruptible power supply device using a capacity region between the first state of charge and the second state of charge.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention concerne la précision du diagnostic de la dégradation de la capacité d'une cellule tout en assurant une alimentation électrique de secours. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un système d'alimentation électrique comprenant un dispositif d'alimentation sans coupure (102) ayant une cellule secondaire (204), et un dispositif de diagnostic (104) pour diagnostiquer une dégradation de la capacité de la cellule secondaire dans le dispositif d'alimentation sans coupure, le système d'alimentation électrique étant conçu de telle sorte que : le dispositif d'alimentation sans coupure fonctionne dans un mode normal dans lequel la cellule secondaire peut être chargée à un premier état de charge, ou un mode de diagnostic dans lequel la cellule secondaire peut être chargée à un second état de charge qui est supérieur au premier état de charge ; et le dispositif de diagnostic commute le dispositif d'alimentation sans coupure du mode normal au mode de diagnostic pour diagnostiquer une dégradation de la capacité de la cellule secondaire dans le dispositif d'alimentation sans coupure à l'aide d'une plage de capacité entre le premier état de charge et le second état de charge.

バックアップ用の電力を確保しつつ、電池の容量劣化を精度よく診断することを課題とする。その解決手段は、二次電池(204)を有する無停電電源装置(102)と、無停電電源装置の二次電池の容量劣化を診断する診断装置(104)と、を備えた電源システムであり、無停電電源装置は、第1の充電状態まで二次電池を充電可能な通常モードと、第1の充電状態よりも高い第2の充電状態まで二次電池を充電可能な診断モードとで動作し、診断装置は、無停電電源装置を通常モードから診断モードに切り替えて、無停電電源装置の二次電池の容量劣化を、第1の充電状態及び第2の充電状態の間の容量領域を用いて診断する構成にした。
