Braking device inserted in a test bench (2) for checking the correct operation of industrial screwdrivers, wherein the braking simulates a tightening operation of such screwdriver, comprising a container body (1) on the top of which a coupling (11) protrudes, suitable for coupling with the head (3) of the screwdriver to be tested, said coupling (11) being connected, by means of a shaft (12), to a braking unit (13), an electronic torque and angle detector (14) of the shaft rotation (12). Such braking unit (13) comprises a plate (14), rotated by the screwdriver, which is braked by suitable friction surfaces (15) moved towards the plate by the movement of an actuator; the movement of such actuator is performed by means of at least one electronically controlled piezoelectric element (17).

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de freinage inséré dans un banc d'essai (2) pour vérifier le bon fonctionnement de tournevis industriels, le freinage simulant une opération de serrage d'un tel tournevis, comprenant un corps de récipient sur la partie supérieure duquel un accouplement (11) fait saillie, apte à s'accoupler avec la tête (3) du tournevis à tester, ledit accouplement (11) étant relié, au moyen d'un arbre (12), à une unité de freinage (13), à un détecteur électronique de couple et d'angle (14) de la rotation d'arbre (12). Une telle unité de freinage (13) comprend une plaque (14), mise en rotation par le tournevis, qui est freiné par des surfaces de frottement appropriées (15) déplacé vers la plaque par le mouvement d'un actionneur ; le mouvement de cet actionneur est effectué au moyen d'au moins un élément piézoélectrique commandé électroniquement (17).
