Abstract
(EN)
A scanning LiDAR system includes a base frame, an optoelectronic assembly, and a lens assembly. The optoelectronic assembly includes one or more laser sources and one or more photodetectors, and is fixedly attached to the base frame. The lens assembly includes one or more lenses. The one or more lenses have a focal plane. The scanning LiDAR system further includes a first flexure assembly flexibly coupling the lens assembly to the base frame. The first flexure assembly is configured such that the one or more laser sources and the one or more photodetectors are positioned substantially at the focal plane of the one or more lenses. The first flexure assembly is further configured to be flexed so as to scan the lens assembly laterally in a plane substantially perpendicular to an optical axis of the emission lens.

L'invention concerne un système LiDAR à balayage qui comprend un cadre de base, un ensemble optoélectronique et un ensemble lentille. L'ensemble optoélectronique comprend une ou plusieurs sources laser et un ou plusieurs photodétecteurs, et est fixé à demeure au cadre de base. L'ensemble lentille comprend une ou plusieurs lentilles. La ou les lentilles possèdent un plan focal. Le système LiDAR à balayage comprend en outre un premier ensemble de flexion accouplant de manière souple l'ensemble lentille au cadre de base. Le premier ensemble de flexion est conçu de sorte que lesdites sources laser et lesdits photodétecteurs soient positionnés sensiblement au niveau du plan focal desdites lentilles. Le premier ensemble de flexion est en outre conçu pour être fléchi de façon à balayer latéralement l'ensemble lentille dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à un axe optique de la lentille d'émission.
